Bergenia root has hemostatic, astringent, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, strengthens vessel walls and moderately lowers blood pressure. Bergenia has the ability to slightly increase the heart rate. It restores working capacity and stimulates metabolism.
Bergenia tea is used as an effective agent for the prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis, joint and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases and rheumatism. Leather bergenia contains a unique complex of substances that are able to overcome malignant tumors.
Method of application:
Cover 1 tablespoon of bergenia root with warm water (200 ml) in the enamel bowl, heat it in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then strain. Take 1 or 2 tablespoons 4 - 5 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Cover 50 g bergenia root with 500 ml of 40% alcohol or vodka, leave to brew for 15 days. Take 30-35 drops, diluted in ? glass of boiled water 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
