Linseed oil (Volume: 100 ml.)

For example, linseed oil was very popular, even in the days of princes in Ancient Rus. The product holds one of the leading positions among vegetable oils due to its biological properties.
Linseed oil has a curative action on many systems of the human body. It:

has a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract;
acts as an antioxidant, antiviral and antineoplastic agent;

Method of application: take 1 tablespoon three times a day, before or during meals. Add to salads and starters. It can be used as massage oil.
Linseed Oil consists of the following polyunsaturated acids:
► alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3) - 60%;
► linolenic acid (Omega-6) - 20%;
► oleic acid (Omega-9) - 10%;
Other fatty acids - 10%.
Vitamin А, Е, В1, В2, В6, С complexes.
Mineral substances: iron, zinc, selenium, potassium, calcium, copper.
